I got to spend an afternoon with Ryan, Kodi, and Sabrina for their family session at Veteran’s Memorial Park in Baton Rouge. These three are getting ready to become a family of four, and I’m so glad I got to capture this time for their family.

This was my first time photographing their family, so it was really fun getting to know them. Ryan and Kodi were both so relaxed and completely up for whatever. And Sabrina? She was ready to go from the second we started.

We spent some time walking around the park, getting family photos, letting Sabrina do her thing, and just enjoying the afternoon together.

Then came the bubbles.

Sabrina had just learned the word “bubbles,” so when I brought them out, she was pretty excited about it. She kept saying “bubbles” over and over, and it was definitely the highlight of her afternoon. 

I had such a good time with these three, and I’m so glad I got to capture this family before they welcome their newest addition.
